I would not recommend this apartment for many reasons like; hidden fees you find out after you sign the lease, super thin walls (you can hear everything and I mean everything), residents will complain about other residents constantly so expect a notice or emails of "policy reminders" monthly (you aren't allowed to be loud with anything at all otherwise you get a notice and if you have a pet or children expect more complaints), constant un-watched off-leash dogs roam the buildings leaving poop everywhere (if they poop near your building expect a notice going to that whole building saying to "pick up after your dog" when it's the other buildings dogs doing it), people constantly smoke around and in the apartments (so if you hate cigarette smoke then this is NOT the place for you because people will block walkways while they smoke and force you to walk through the smoke), there have been 1 explosive fire due to a person smoking, any time you have a complaint they don't do anything about it, tons of residents move in to find several things in the apartment broken (I had a broken shelf in my fridge and a broken lock on my porch door and a friend had a broken window), takes them forever to fix things, and most residents come here and leave to cheaper apartments.
